Tomato sandwiches: Yum!

Hello There,

Arguably one of the best things about living in South Korea is the cheap, fresh, organic produce. In America organic produce is sold in frou frou co-ops but in Korea, most street corners have an Ajumma with baskets of in-season produce, straight from the farm, for way less than you would pay in the grocery store. Today I bought a huge bag of fresh tomatoes for about two dollars. As an added bonus, the vendor winked at me and added an extra tomato. Now that's what I call service!

I'm not a good cook by any means but I made the most amazing tomato sandwich today. It has a whopping four ingredients and took five minutes to make (like most of my recipes). I hope you try it out! You will be amazed by the wonders a little Wasabi can do.

Tomato Sandwich Recipe:
whole wheat toast
tomatoes (garnished with salt and pepper)
wasabi
mayonnaise

Make the sandwich and for an added touch of class, cut it out with a heart-shaped sandwich cutter. Thanks for reading my post and have a great day!
