World Cup and School
Hello there,
I brought my camera to school yesterday because some of my co-teachers and I went to watch a baseball game and the World Cup. Boy was I glad I had it! I've been teaching English in Korea for over a year and I am still shocked by some of the shenanigans my students pull.
A fifth grade boy smirked at me conspiratorially and showed me what I thought was a shell. Upon closer examination, it was a hermit crab! He opened his "pencil case" to show me an entire hermit crab habitat he created. What a little trickster.
Another boy was drawing in his notebook during class and I went over to tell him to put it away. It ended up being the coolest zombie killing diagram ever! The poor kid didn't know if he was in trouble or not. I said, "Don't do that, but that's awesome and I'm going to take a picture."
I also got some good bonding in with my co teachers, which was fun. They're so nice. I can honestly say that I genuinely like everyone I work with. I also can't understand what they're saying most of the time but no complaints here.
Thanks for taking a look at my blog and have a good day!
